Formative Peer Review of Teaching provides instructors with developmental teaching support using a collegial and confidential conversation with another instructor. It also prepares faculty for Summative Peer Review. This asynchronous and self-paced training takes participants through the process and benefits of Formative Peer Review for the instructor and reviewer.
